ΒΆ How to send the log files to support
If the TS Controllers interface app is crashing, you may be asked to send over the log files to help find the cause of the issue.
- Open the app and go to the Advanced tab
- Click Open Settings Folder
- Find the file CrashLogs
- Send this to TS Controllers either via email, Discord, or WhatsApp. Contact details can be found on the website contact page
